Blair Humphreys — Board Chair
Chief Executive Officer, Humphreys Capital

Blair Humphreys is Chief Executive Officer of Humphreys Capital and in this role oversees Investments, Accounting, and Operations, and serves on the Investment Committee. He brings 16 years of experience in real estate investing and development.

Blair is the developer of the Wheeler District, an infill urban neighborhood on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City. He is also the founder and past chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute.

Prior to initiating the Wheeler District development, Blair served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma.

Blair earned a Master of City Planning and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Oklahoma in 2005.

He and his wife, Maggie, have four children and live in Oklahoma City.

The Honorable Pete White — Board Vice Chair
Former Councilman, Oklahoma City

Pete White was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, and moved to south Oklahoma City in 1941. He graduated from Southeast High School and holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Councilman White served in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserve from 1957-63, including two tours of active duty. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1972 and has been in the private practice of law in Oklahoma City since then.

Councilman White has been active in a wide variety of activities over the past three decades. He served on the Oklahoma City Planning Commission from 1980-82, the last year as its Chairman. He was first elected to the City Council in 1982 to fill the remainder of the term vacated by the previous councilman. He was reelected in 1985 to a full four-year term. In January 2005, the City Council chose Councilman White to serve the departing council member’s remaining term of office. He was elected to a full four-year term in April 2005 and reelected in 2009 and again in 2013.

Councilman White has been a member of Draper Park Christian Church for over 60 years and has served there in a variety of capacities. He served as vice-chairman and chairman of the Sooner State Games from 1982-97 and was a member of the Oklahoma City All Sports Association from 1985-97. He was inducted into the COMMSTAR Class of 2009 at Tinker Air Force Base. Councilman White’s interests include history, sports, and gardening.

Ashley Terry — Board Member
Vice President of Development for Wheeler District

Ashley Terry serves as the Vice President of Development for Wheeler District. As Vice President, she oversees the strategic operations of development across the district. In addition, Ashley serves as Vice Chair for the Urban Land Institute of Oklahoma, as a board member for Neighborhood Alliance of Central Oklahoma, as board member for Calle dos Cinco in Historic Capitol Hill, as a board member for Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture, and as a board member for Independent Retail Community Initiatives. She has a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from the same university. Through both professional and grassroots engagement, Ashley works to initiate change in Oklahoma City by organizing local efforts to focus on the development of livable communities and approachable public space.

Edgar Medina — Board Member

TFUC-Vice President, Director of  Lending

Edgar Medina works for Tinker Federal Credit Union who he has been with for sixteen years. He currently serves as the Vice President, Director of Lending. Mr. Medina holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Certified Credit Union Executive designation from the CUNA Management School through the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Medina currently serves in multiple capacities within Oklahoma City with an emphasis in assisting local and professional communities. He currently serves as a Director on the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Board. Mr. Medina serves as the Vice President for the Historic Capitol Hill-Calle Dos Cinco Board in the Capitol Hill district. He serves with the YMCA-Downtown OKC as an Advisory Council member. Mr. Medina also serves on the Western Gateway Elementary School Board as a fellow
Director. Edgar also serves as a Director with the Greater OKC Hispanic Chamber Board. Mr. Medina also serves as a Director for the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits Board.

Edgar has a passion for promoting community advocacy and assisting other professionals in the OKC area in coming together to enhance the OKC experience for all community and neighborhood members. His credit union advocacy follows him with each community he assists. Edgar is married to his wife of fifteen years Shanese and has two children, Jarran who is 14 years old and Aireal who is 8 years old.
