Blair Humphreys — Board Chair
Chief Executive Officer, Humphreys Capital

Blair Humphreys is Chief Executive Officer of Humphreys Capital and in this role oversees Investments, Accounting, and Operations, and serves on the Investment Committee. He brings over 16 years of experience in real estate investing and development.

Blair is the developer of the Wheeler District, an infill urban neighborhood on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City. He is also the founder and past chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute.

Prior to initiating the Wheeler District development, Blair served as the Executive Director of the Institute for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma.

Blair earned a Master of City Planning and Urban Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from The University of Oklahoma in 2005.

He and his wife, Maggie, have four children and live in Oklahoma City.

Ashley Terry — Board Member
Vice President of Development at Pivot Real Estate Development

Ashley Terry serves as the Vice President of Development at Pivot Real Estate
Development. In this role, she leads the execution of the company’s real estate
strategy across all phases of development—from site selection through project
stabilization. Ashley provides strategic oversight and guidance to project teams,
ensuring that all developments align with company goals and deliver long-term
value. She brings a people-first approach to real estate development, with a
focus on projects that create lasting value for communities.
Previously, Ashley spent over a decade as Vice President of Development for
Wheeler District, a 150-acre urban infill project in Oklahoma City. Her leadership
there spanned infrastructure, entitlements, vertical development, operations, and
long-term strategy.
Ashley serves on the Americas Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute
and is the first person from the state of Oklahoma to be appointed to that
position. She also serves on the Governance Committee for the Oklahoma
Chapter of the Urban Land Institute. In addition, she is a board member for City
Care, Calle dos Cinco in Historic Capitol Hill, Western Gateway Elementary
School, and Independent Retail Community Initiatives, and serves on the City of
Oklahoma City Housing Advisory Group.

Edgar Medina — Board Member
TFCU-Vice President, Director of Lending

Edgar Medina works for Tinker Federal Credit Union, currently serving as the Vice President, Director of Lending. Mr. Medina holds a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Certified Credit Union Executive designation from the CUNA Management School through the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Medina currently contributes to the leadership of several organizations in the Oklahoma City community, such as the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Board, the Historic Capitol Hill-Calle Dos Cinco Board, the downtown OKC YMCA, the Greater OKC Hispanic Chamber Board and the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits Board. 

Edgar has a passion for promoting community advocacy and assisting other professionals in the OKC area in coming together to enhance the OKC experience for all community and neighborhood members. His credit union advocacy follows him with each community he assists. Edgar is married to his wife of fifteen years, Shanese, and has two children, Jarran and Aireal.

Joseph Fairbanks — Board Member
Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma -Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Fairbanks is the President and CEO of Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma. Prior to
joining Humana, Mr. Fairbanks was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he was a
highly demanded strategic advisor, serving state and federal health agencies, managed care
organizations, and private health systems to help them improve performance and quality of
care for their members. He also previously worked for the State of Oklahoma at the Oklahoma
Health Care Authority and the State Department of Health. Mr. Fairbanks graduated from
Stanford University in 2005 and received his Master’s Degree from Harvard University in 2008.
He has been a resident of Oklahoma for 40 years and currently resides in Oklahoma City with
his wife and daughters.

Jamely Soledad Mejia — Board Member
Myriad Gardens/Scissortail Park -Payroll; Human Resources 

Jamely serves as the Payroll Accountant and Human Resources Manager at Myriad Gardens and Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City.   Ms. Mejia is a dedicated and accomplished professional who holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Mid-America Christian University. She possesses extensive experience in payroll accounting, human resources management, and organizational leadership. As a bilingual leader fluent in both Spanish and English, she demonstrates exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interactions across diverse teams and stakeholders.

As a board member, Jamely leverages her extensive experience to provide valuable
insights into workforce management, compliance, and financial accountability. Her
passion for people, dedication to organizational excellence, and unwavering integrity
make her a vital asset to any leadership team.

Outside of her professional life, she is happily married and devoted mother to a
beautiful daughter. Her daughter attends Western Gateway Elementary School, a place
that holds a special significance for her. Her Latina roots make this school particularly
dear, as her daughter is immersed in an environment that fosters her cultural identity.
Her daughter is actively learning to read, write, and speak Spanish, gaining a deeper
understanding of her Latino heritage. Witnessing her daughter’s connection to their
culture fills her with immense pride.
